Housing and Community

ARRA funds will be used to help people maintain their rented housing in time of job loss or help communities stimulate economic activity through construction of low income housing. This will be done through the Homelessness Prevention Fund, the Tax Credit Assistance Program, and the Community Development Fund. The department of Community Affairs is taking the lead on housing and community development programs.
