Message from the Governor

On October 10, 2009 18 State agencies in Georgia submitted an accounting of 416 stimulus programs in compliance with Section 1512 of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA).

Consistent with my commitment to transparency of ARRA funds, this website has been updated with greater functionality to display the progress and status of ARRA programs in Georgia. For example, the mapping capabilities have been improved, additional reports include new information on programs, sub-recipients and vendors, and resources for each category of ARRA spending have been better organized for easier reference.

These changes to the website will provide citizens with up-to-date insights on the use of stimulus funds and will further demonstrate that State agencies are working hard to ensure that these funds are used to the fullest benefit for Georgia citizens.
